Implementations require managing global virtual teams of diverse skills, cultures and backgrounds. Additional role is to provide a single point of contact for verification and sign-off of all Americas Managed Services New Deals with AGDPE involvement, and to represent the AGDPE organization to Bid management, Solution Architects, and Transition Managers. Promoted to the role of Engagement Program Manager in September, 2007.

This solution uses a .Net platform, a SQL Server database, and Integrated Windows Authentication. Previous to these PM tasks, my main responsibilities included the maintenance of existing, internal, corporate business intranet applications for the HP Canada CIBC Client Services Governance Office. Initial project was to redevelop and normalize the existing Access Business Development Database in SQL Server 7.0. Subsequent project was a web-based Client Services Toolkit (VBScript and Javascript front-end) with a SQL Server 2000 database to track Problem Incidents, Service Requests, and Issues reported to the customer by the Client Services department. Also developed (jointly with HP Consulting and Integration) a java-based graphical Dashboard to provide a customer interface to the same Toolkit data. All applications utilized Crystal Reports Web Component Server to generate live on-demand reports through the use of user-generated dynamic queries.
