Managed to get a night out to see the Barenaked Ladies at the ACC thanks to my sister. I think this was our fourth time seeing them that I can remember, and they did not disappoint. They record each show on the tour and make them available for download at http://www.werkshop.com/store/artist.action?artist_id=10&cat_id=1&subcat_id=999
Watch them on Letterman February 22, 2007.
eMusic is a terrific online music site that offers loads of independent music at a great price. The site has been around for a long time and is the second largest site next to iTunes. But there is no copy protected music. The music you download you can legally, copy, burn, etc. without restrictions. And because it has the entire Naxos label available for download, there is tons of classical music. And don't be fooled by the independent tag. There's lots of great music you know that is classified as independent. Here's a link that will give you a free trial of 25 downloads.
